Professional Practice Consultancy
Stephen G Anderson is a registered mediation Professional Practice Consultant. This means he is a supervisor of other mediators. All mediators are required to undergo supervision every year. The role includes regulatory, mentoring and supervisory elements.
In addition, Stephen is available on a private consultancy basis to help and support other professionals, such as barristers and solicitors, making the transition from dispute resolution to problem solving instead.
Individual Training & Workshops
Until 2015, when CPD was deregulated, we were a Solicitors Regulation Authority approved trainer. We can still offer training and workshops which carry CPD points.
Our courses are designed to help improve the skills needed for effective conflict resolution. We can create and deliver custom training for you, wherever you are based, for groups as small as six, designed to meet the needs of an organisation or group of professionals.
We focus on effective skills — in negotiation, collaboration and mediation — and address the difficult issues of power, gender, cultural difference, violence and mental illness, among others.
